How it works

1. Email hello@strategyunlocked.ai from the address you bought with.
2. Tell us the order number and which deal you want refunded.
3. We process the refund within five working days to your original payment method.

What's covered

Any purchase made in the last 60 days, whether it's one of our own products or a partner vendor's. Your licence is switched off once the refund is issued.

What isn't covered

Purchases older than 60 days, and accounts we've had to close for abuse of a vendor's service.
